We offer process server services, Small Claims, Summons for Unlawful Detainers (Evictions), Divorce, Restraining Orders, Wage Garnishments, Bank Levy, etc.

Services include same-day court filings and courier services. Notary services and skip tracing available upon request.

Notarize Affidavits and Proof of Services: $15 per notarization

Printing Fees: Free up to 20 pages printed: Pages printed after 20 pages: $0.30 cents per page

Advancing witness fees on your behalf: 5% of amount paid if not included with the payment in advance. If fees are included with payment, will then only charge $5 for a check writing fee.

I offer Standard, Priority, Rush and Same day service.

Standard Service: 4 attempts

Priority: First attempt within 48 hrs.

Rush/Expedited: First attempt within 24 hrs.

Same Day: Doc’s must be received before 2pm & 1st attempt will be made within 1 hour

Our services include up to 4 attempts at the address you provide for the fee quoted. Additional attempts made at alternate address are charged separately.

Rural and Mountain addresses are charged at time and mileage rates. Our hourly rate is $100 per hour. Attempts required after 09:00 pm and before 07:00 am are subject to a surcharge.

This fee is negotiable.

Special requirements such as taking pictures of the house or vehicles on the property can be performed; the fee for this is $5.00.

Credit Card/ PayPal Payment Surcharge Fee: $5 of amount charged to cover costs associated with receiving funds through credit card processing company.

Zelle, Venmo, and Square are accepted email us for details.

Website prices are for the City of Salinas; surrounding cities are quoted by zip code. Please email us to get an specific price for service. This charge is per individual or Entity, per location and per case.
